On 27th April 2019, the National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (BIOTECH), and the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) will host the 6th AnMicro Conference during the International Symposium and Training Workshop on Microbial Utilization at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños (UPLB). As this year also marks the 20th Anniversary of the Mycological Society of the Philippines (MSP), the symposium will celebrate the progress and trends in fungal diversity and conservation as well as sustainable utilization of the microbial resources in ASEAN and global arenas.
Apart from the symposium itself, BIOTECH, MSP, SEARCA and The National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC), Thailand arrange training courses on iCollect and fungal utilization on 25th – 26th April 2019.
